This post has been a long time coming and I am so excited to finally blog about it!  Last month I was fortunate enough to attend Jonathan Canlas‘ workshop Film Is Not Dead in San Diego.  I’ve talked previously about my love of film, so when I heard about his workshop it definitely piqued my interest!  I am so glad that I made the decision to attend, it was an amazing experience and I learned an incredible amount – not only about film but wedding photography in general.  Jon is an incredible photographer and a wonderful teacher…if you are a photographer and have the opportunity to take one of his workshops, DO.IT.  You will, without a doubt, be happy you did.

Here are some of the images from the model shoot from the first day of the workshop..

All images were shot on a Canon EOS 3 and Fuji 400H – amazing stuff.  More to come!

I love these photos! That workshop sounds absolutely amazing and I’m actually pretty sad that I just now heard about it as there is no way I can raise that kind of money in such a short amount of time. Thank you so much for sharing though…I can’t wait to see what else you have!
