Tara + Seth’s engagement session was so much fun!  So awesome in fact, I had to split it into two posts.  What a great couple they are!  Tara had mentioned that they would like to have their session in Point Reyes at the beach where they were engaged (love that!).  We decided to stop in town to have a variety of backdrops in addition to the beach.  And there were quite the backdrops to chose from!  I am pretty sure I said I could shoot in Point Reyes all day every day about 10 times.  It is that amazing.

Here are some highlights from the first part of their shoot!
Tara, you are gorgeous!!
Can we just talk about this door for a minute?  Teal?  Check.  Random frame in the corner?  Check.  I purposely left out all of the other awesomeness surrounding this door..frisbee, broken shovel, plastic chair..but the door?  *Love!*
Tara and Seth were such troopers the entire day, even when I casually asked them to sit on a pile of tires.  That weren’t very stable.  They could potentially be laughing at how crazy I seemed..but I love the outcome!
As you can see, I <3 doors.  And brick.  And contrasting colors.  Aaannd these next two photos.  So beautiful!
After a quick drive we arrived at the beach!  I spotted this great empty barn and old cypress trees on the way in, so we trekked back to get a couple more images.
The ever-cheesy, “Whisper something in her ear!”  Yes, I went there.  But it worked!

Stay tuned for Part II at the beach, coming up next!

You may remember last year’s Tahoe adventure..well, we had a repeat this year!  My family and I ventured up to Tahoe to have another white pre-xmas and we were not disappointed – it snowed even more this year..so much fun!

Here are a few frames from our recent trip..enjoy!
A snowman made for my niece, who she named Bobo.  And now calls all snowmen Bobo!  Silly.
Tryin’ to catch snowflakes!
Learning how to make a snow angel :)
I wore leather boots.  In the snow.  Didn’t bring any other shoes..probably *not* the smartest idea.
View from the cabin..
Fun times!
LOVE this image!  Reminds me of Home Alone ;)

Merry wishes for a wonderful holiday season!!

Cannot *wait* to share more!!!
