I don’t live in an area where it snows regularly, though no complaints here with Lake Tahoe so close!  It was so refreshing being in the snow during the holiday season, especially since it snowed 8 inches while we were there!  As always, my camera was in tow and I had a great time photographing my family..even if my fingers almost fell off due to the cold, it was worth it   :)

Yes, that is my husband, drawing in the snow.  A heart to be precise.  Yep, he drew me a heart in the snow!  He is kind of dorky.  But that is why I love him  ♥

You are probably wondering where the Natural Beauty part comes in…well, in Tahoe, I guess everywhere!  But here is the sky while we were out playing in the snow..

Soooooo amazingly beautiful.  If you don’t know me, well….I have a thing for sunsets.  Skies in general, actually.  This one I just ADORE.
And then it was gone!  15 minutes, just like that.  It still leaves a lasting impression, I must say…
